• Manages and maintains HACCP and prerequisite programs including documentation review
• Updates/writes SOPs for the company in regards to quality or safety of products
• Develops forms/documentation to support above SOPs
• Document control & records
• Employee Food Safety & Quality Training
• Manages and maintains Allergen Control Program
• Environmental Monitoring Program – development, implementation and corrective actions
• Self-assessments and self-audits of Quality Systems, documentation & records related to the quality or safety of the products. Publishes reports and tracks corrective action.
• Food Defense/Security
• Facilitates 3rd party, regulatory and customer audits
• Works with QA Manager to develop corrective actions for customer and third party audits.
• Publishes the monthly inspections for both facilities and tracts corrective actions.
• Obtain HACCP Certification
• Obtain SQF Certification |
