Job Summary: The Program Manager position involves managing the day to day operations of the Sexual Assault Center of NWGA, Ft. Oglethorpe office. This position works closely with staff in the Rome center and will be expected to spend at least one day per week in the Rome office. The Program manager works closely with agencies in the community such as law enforcement, district attorneys office, child advocacy center, domestic violence shelter, and other victim service agencies. Responsibilities: * Manage daily operations in Ft. Oglethorpe office to include; monitoring and documenting monthly expenditures, ordering supplies, collecting and reporting monthly stats, conducting community education, fielding phone calls and case information requests. * Recruit, train, supervise, and support the volunteers to include; creating monthly volunteer schedule, monitoring yearly training requirements for each volunteer and conduct case review. * On-going client follow-up , information and referrals, and coordination of services for sexual assault cases. * Serve as primary backup responder 24 hours a day, seven days a week to all crisis calls and agrees to cover shifts on the on call schedule when volunteers are unavailable to do so.
